Fennel Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 fennels, medium size
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon, grated and juice of half a lemon
  • 20 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • Chili powder or black pepper, freshly ground
  • salt
  • 1 salad bowl

 

PREPARATION:

  1. prepare the fennel and cut it into narrow strips
  2. mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, the grated lemon and the juice of half a lemon, chili powder and salt in the salad bowl and add the fennel and mix well with the sauce.
  3. Leave to stand for at least an hour and turn everything over from time to time.
  4. a fennel salad is suitable as a side dish with fish or pasta.

 

ADVICE:

The fennel salad can already be prepared in the morning.
