Fennel Salad

Crisp and Light
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 fennels, medium size
- 25 ml olive oil
- 1 lemon, grated and juice of half a lemon
- 20 ml white balsamic vinegar
- Chili powder or black pepper, freshly ground
- salt
- 1 salad bowl
PREPARATION:
- prepare the fennel and cut it into narrow strips
- mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, the grated lemon and the juice of half a lemon, chili powder and salt in the salad bowl and add the fennel and mix well with the sauce.
- Leave to stand for at least an hour and turn everything over from time to time.
- a fennel salad is suitable as a side dish with fish or pasta.

The fennel salad can already be prepared in the morning.
